Blitz has been our strength and conditioning service provider since the inception of our club, going on six years now. The expert programming and coaching provided to our athletes has helped us win a Premiership title (2018), subsequent minor premierships (2019, 2020) and consistent Top 3 finishes, in what is a highly competitive state netball competition.
